I think this is a really great idea, something I've actually considered doing for myself and I think applying a clothing line as video branding is really clever. This definitely makes me want to start working on physical merch!

Video was the last place where I wasn't showing my brand as much as I wanted to do, but that is changed now ! If you intend to build a business around your online presence, you should definitely consider it !
Maybe you take the headline from your blog, or create a logo. The world is yours for the taking ;)

Mars man, a phenomenal idea here. I like the look too, great visual with the red on black.

Your energy is infectious. This makes your brand powerful. If you felt uncomfortable in the clothes it wouldn't have the same effect but you wear them well.

I'm in luv with my clothes, and I think it takes the digital branding game one step higher. Maybe YOU should consider doing that in the near future – get your kick-ass logo and “merchandise” yourself – a badge, T-shirt, whatever ;)

I always wanted to create branded Stubby holders for my films – goes with the beer drinking culture here in Oz.
Perhaps you could add a logo watermark to a lower corner on your videos? Would add to the branding in your videos and remain present throughout the presentation.

branded Stubby holders ? Lol, that's quite a remarkable idea. I used to live in Australia – Melbourne, and they do really drink a lot of beer, just like most Germans here ;)
About the watermark: That is a really cool idea, and I used to have one when I used Viddler for my vids. Mmm, I have to find a way to make one for Youtube – any knowledge ??

Hey Mars! I think I've found a way to put a logo as a watermark using Windows Moviemaker.
My PC laptop is currently in for repairs, it should be back next week – in which case I'll do a test with the watermark, & if it works, I'll send you the instructions.

Hey Nathan, I'm not going to sell them yet – it's just for my vids and photos. But when my fan base increases, I'll think about it. When I wear MD, it stands for Mars Dorian. When everyone else wears it, it will stand for your Master your Destiny ;)

BTW: I still have your kick-ass logo design in mind (from your biz cards).
Seriously, start using it EVERYWHERE and get rid of your bland Nathan Hangen line in the banner.

I'm working on that now. Just got back from vacation and have lots of work to do. Problem is that my site isn't good enough for the logo, so I've gotta get some design help. However, I'm furiously working that exact angle.

I did the branding myself of course ! It took me hours to create that logo, and I then hired a print works company to print it on the clothes ! 95% you see on my blog is created by me – leading by example !
